South Coast Mariculture is fortunate for the opportunity to grow mussels, one of the worlds most sustainable foods, in Jervis Bay, one of the worlds most spectacular marine parks.

Operating as an ethical company is an underlying principle of South Coast Mariculture. We believe in operating a profitable business in balance with being a positive contributor to the broader community with whom we share the waters that we farm.

South Coast Mariculture operates in accordance with Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) standards; covering environmental management, animal welfare, social responsibility and food safety.

We are exceptionally proud to be the only mussel farm in Australia to have achieved global best practice accreditation.

South Coast Mariculture is committed to working with full transparency in all our interactions with the marine environment. We look forward to collaborating with other stakeholders to preserve our natural heritage.

Recreational fishers and divers are welcome to fish and dive on our leases, please follow tips for tying up your boat out on the leases.
